1 General Terms and Definitions
These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a binding legal agreement between the hbejj platform ("we", "Platform") and the user ("you", "Member"). By using the hbejj.lat website, mobile browser version, and related services, you agree to comply fully with these Terms.
1.1 Key Definitions
- "Platform" — The hbejj.lat website and all services and features operated under it.
- "Member" or "User" — Any person who has created an account on hbejj and is using the Platform's services.
- "Account" — A member's personal account on the hbejj platform, through which they access services.
- "Balance" — The amount of funds held in the account, available for use on bets or games.
- "Bonus" — Additional credits or rewards provided by the Platform, withdrawable subject to meeting certain conditions.
- "Wagering Requirement" — The amount that must be wagered before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
1.2 Applicability of Terms
These Terms apply to all services on hbejj, including sports betting, casino games, live casino, slot games, and any new services launched in the future. Although these Terms are written in Bengali, the English version will take precedence in cases of international applicability.
2 Account Registration and Eligibility
2.1 Age Requirement
You must be at least 21 years old to open an account on the hbejj platform. Minors may not use this platform. We may request relevant information and documents for age verification at any time. Providing false information will result in permanent account closure and the balance may be forfeited.
2.2 One Account Per Person
Only one account is permitted per individual. Creating multiple accounts under the same person's name, phone number, payment method, or device is strictly prohibited. If detected, all accounts will be closed and deposited funds may be cancelled.
2.3 Registration Information
You must provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration. Providing a false name, address, or identity details will result in account cancellation. If your information changes, you are responsible for notifying hbejj support promptly.
2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)
hbejj may request a national identity card, passport, or other documents for identity verification at any time. Withdrawals may be put on hold until this process is completed. The verification process is fully secure and your information will not be shared with third parties.
3 Account Security and Responsibility
3.1 Password Protection
It is your responsibility to keep your account login details completely confidential. You should not share your password with anyone. If you suspect that someone has accessed your account without authorization, notify the hbejj support team immediately.
3.2 Responsibility for Account Use
You are responsible for all activities that occur on your account. hbejj will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account, unless you have notified support in a timely manner.
4 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy
4.1 Deposit Methods
Accepted deposit methods on hbejj: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits are generally processed instantly. Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.
4.2 Withdrawal Methods
Withdrawals can also be made using the same methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.
4.3 Withdrawal Terms
- Account identity verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be made.
- Withdrawals must be made to the same method used for the deposit — withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
- The wagering requirement must be met to withdraw bonus funds (see Section 5).
- If there is suspicion of fraudulent activity, a withdrawal may be held pending investigation.
- hbejj may request additional verification information, and failure to provide it may delay the withdrawal.
4.4 Currency and Conversion
All transactions on hbejj are carried out in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). The platform does not currently support deposits or withdrawals in foreign currencies. There is no currency conversion facility.
5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers
5.1 Welcome Bonus
The hbejj welcome bonus is a 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳10,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive an additional ৳1,000 bonus — giving you a total of ৳2,000 to play with. Or if you deposit ৳22,000 you will receive ৳10,000 in bonus — giving you a total of ৳32,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirement
Before withdrawing bonus funds, you must wager 25 times the bonus amount. The wagering calculation applies only to the bonus amount (not the deposit and bonus combined). Example: if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must wager ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000, after which winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.
5.3 Bonus Terms
- Each member may claim the welcome bonus only once.
- Bonuses can only be used on games designated by hbejj.
- During a bonus period, additional betting rules on the same game may change.
- hbejj reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotional offer at any time.
- If bonus abuse or fraudulent activity is detected, the bonus will be cancelled.
6 Betting and Gaming Rules
6.1 General Betting Rules
Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. Bet acceptance and processing is entirely dependent on hbejj's system. If a bet is lost due to a network issue or technical fault, please contact support.
6.2 Sports Betting
The hbejj sports betting section offers betting opportunities on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. Each market and event has its own rules. If a match is abandoned or left incomplete, the bet may be cancelled. hbejj does not guarantee the outcome of any specific event.
6.3 Casino and Slot Games
All casino games available on hbejj are operated using software from third-party game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, JILI, PG Soft, Ezugi, etc.). Game outcomes are determined entirely by a Random Number Generator (RNG). Payout information for each game is available within the game itself.
6.4 Technical Errors
If funds are incorrectly displayed or credited due to a technical or software error, hbejj reserves the right to cancel that transaction. Winnings arising from such errors cannot be retained.
7 Responsible Gaming Policy
7.1 Self-Limits
hbejj gives members the option to set their own betting limits. If you feel that gaming is getting out of control, contact the support team immediately and use the self-exclusion option.
7.2 Protection of Minors
hbejj is for individuals aged 21 and over only. If you have minor family members at home, please use parental controls on your device and keep your login details away from them.

8 Prohibited Activities
8.1 Strictly Prohibited Activities
- Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
- Placing bets in a deliberate pattern to abuse bonuses.
- Attempting to infiltrate or hack the platform's software.
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal purpose.
- Registering with a fake identity or using another person's identity.
- Conducting fraudulent activities against other members.
- Exploiting any vulnerability or system error in the platform.
8.2 Consequences
If any of the above prohibited activities are found to have occurred, hbejj reserves the right to immediately close the account, forfeit the balance, and take any necessary legal action.
9 Account Suspension and Closure
9.1 hbejj's Rights
hbejj reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for any reason, particularly in cases of a breach of these Terms, without prior notice. In such cases, any valid balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned.
9.2 Member's Rights
You may request the closure of your account at any time through hbejj support. Please complete any pending withdrawals before closing your account.
9.3 Inactive Accounts
Accounts that have not been used for an extended period may be deemed "inactive". In such cases, hbejj will notify the account holder by email in advance. Any valid balance in an inactive account will remain protected.
10 Limitation of Liability
10.1 Technical Limitations
hbejj is committed to providing uninterrupted service, however the service may be temporarily disrupted due to technical issues, maintenance, or other reasons. hbejj will not be liable for any loss that occurs during such periods.
10.2 Third-Party Services
hbejj relies on third-party game providers and payment service providers. hbejj's direct liability for any disruption or error in these parties' services is limited.
10.3 Betting Decisions
All information, statistics, or analysis provided on the platform is for informational purposes only. Betting decisions are entirely your own and hbejj is not responsible for their outcomes. Please remember that all bets carry a risk of loss.

These terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between hbejj and the member, and supersede all prior oral or written agreements.
